I am directed by Secretary Sir William Joynson-Hicks
to forward, for the information of Mr. Secretary Amery,
copies of correspondence and enclosures which have passed
between this Department and the Foreign Office with regard
to a seizure of opium at New York on November 23rd, 1925,
and to suggest that the particulars and photographs of the
label found on the opium may be forwarded to the Governor
of Hongkong for his information and for any observations
he may have to make.
